Officer Shawn DePasquale

Rollinsford Officer Shawn DePasquale was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer which has spread to his liver.  He received the news in January just a couple weeks after graduating from the NH Police Standards and Training Academy.  He has been receiving chemotherapy treatments at  Wentworth Douglas Hospital and in July an operation will be performed to remove the tumor and he will undergo additional treatments.

Since Shawn is a new hire, his sick and vacation time is quite limited so the members of the department decided to help him financially.  He is only 25 years old and lives in Dover with his fiance'

The members of the Rollinsford Police Department have decided to grow facial hair (normally not allowed) as a fundraiser for Shawn.  The staff will be allowed to grow a beard from Memorial Day to Labor Day as long as they receive contributions for Shawn.

Any and all donations no matter how small will be greatly appreciated.
