{Official} Corey Polk Memorial Fund

Corey Polk passed away suddenly on Friday, May 11, 2018 while having a fun filled evening with his family leading up to his High School graduation on Saturday, May 19, 2018.  Corey is the son of Cherita Okoro. The family asks for your monetary support, to help pay for final expenses and a Memorial stone for the grave. A genuine, humble young man, and a smile to light the room. The family is most appreciative of all the calls, emails, and text messages of comfort during this time.
