On Sunday, September 6, our family’s world was completely turned upside down. We tragically lost my 6-month-old baby brother, Dakari Lomax, in a severe car crash on I-57 in Harvey .

My name is Donte Robinson, and I am setting up this fundraiser to directly benefit our mother, Teairra Wright. To be completely honest, my mom did not want to make a GoFundMe page. However, I am stepping in to create this for her benefit and to get ahead of any scammers who might try to take advantage of our family's tragedy.

She is dealing with a pain that no parent should ever have to experience, all while trying to navigate the sudden loss of her baby and caring for our family.

All donations will go straight to my mom, Teairra, to help cover Dakari’s funeral and memorial expenses, as well as to give her the financial breathing room she needs to grieve without the immediate stress of bills and medical costs.
