"we still have whats most important, our kids"- Ohana Kuresa

Donation protected
August 8, 2023 - what started off as a beautiful & typical Tuesday in Hawai’i Nei, quickly became the scariest and most heartbreaking day in many Lahaina family’s lives. This was definitely the case for the Kuresa ‘Ohana who lost everything in the deadly fires that swept through their beloved Lahaina Town. Vaitulu was working at the time of the fire, while Katey, Gray, Oaklee Girl and Coop were at their home on Fleming Rd. She escaped with their three children just in time, after a dear friend who had just lost her house rushed over and explained to her the severity of the fires just a few blocks away. As Katey drove away with nothing but her children and a handful of personal items, she never imagined that would be the last time she would see her home and everything she worked so hard for. Please consider helping this hardworking family as they slowly begin to pickup the pieces of the fire’s horrific aftermath.

As you know, anything helps and we appreciate the love and support in whatever way you show it! ❤️
