Save our Building!

Oil O' Joy House is a non profit community domestic violence organization. We were established in 2005 to provide a Christian response to domestic abuse. Our mission is to provide violence prevention services to women and children and the love of Jesus. In  2012 we were excited about being the recipient of a donated building.The building was in "as is" condition. We have made several repairs, however there are many more repairs to be made.
The building is utlilized as our training and counseling facility. We provide job readniess skills, computer literacy, group counseling sessions, and individual counseling. The donations will pay for electrical repairs, water meter, hot water tank, liability insurance and repairs from flood damage. 

Domestic Violence is at an all time high. We hear about it on TV, radio, Social Media, from family and friends. Domestic Violence is not a private matter, it is a societal issue and a crime.
