Okeeheelee Warriors 8U Allstars- World Series
Our Okeeheelee Warriors 8U Allstar Team is headed to Ocala, Florida to represent in the 2021 Cal Ripken 8U Machine Pitch World Series July 30th-August 8th! To make it this far, these boys have competed in the District, State, and Regional Tournaments and are currently the Florida State Champions and South East Regional Champions. You won't meet a group of boys that are more determined and resilient than these 11 right here. They have not only learned the game of baseball this summer, but more importantly, life lessons they will take with them as they get older.
These ball players have put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into numerous amounts of practices and games to get them to this level. They have dedicated their entire summer practicing and preparing for this. The amount of support from family and friends has been absolutely amazing. As we know, baseball can be an expensive sport and hotels are pricey. As the parents, coaches, and league have dedicated their summer to making all of these accomplishments possible, funds have become tight. Our team is required to stay a 7 night minimum to attend the World Series and we are asking for help from anyone who is able to donate! Any donation big or small will be greatly appreciated and every bit will go towards hotel rooms, tournament expenses and feeding these boys! If at all possible, please help our boys get to the World Series and bring home this title!
