Oliver the Cat Surgery Fund

Oliver is my orange cat, he is 3 years old. I rescued him when he appeared in my old apartment building as stray 2 years ago. As you can see, him and Gert (my other cat) are buddies. Ollie has already had one procedure ($1,300) to unblock his urethra, but now needs another surgery because the first procedure did not work. The surgery estimate for the second surgery is $4,000 - $6,000. If he does not get this surgery his kidneys will fail and he will die. I never ask for money but I do not know what else to do.
