Recently Kristen Kamal’s son Ollie was admitted to NYP Columbia and is currently awaiting a heart transplant. Kristen is an incredible friend, nurse, and mother. Those who are blessed to know her know that Kristen is an inspiration because of her strength and compassion for others. Her friends and coworkers can recall countless stories of how she has helped us without question, laughed with us, and provided a much needed hug or shoulder to cry on. Kristen and her family deserve now more than ever the same love and support she has showered us with for years.
