Hi everyone, we’re fundraising for Jon Viruet. Jon was born and raised in Springfield Ma. He wrestled for Central High School and Brown University.
Jon had sucess both in high school and college. He’s now been invited to compete in a tournament in Puerto Rico on September 9th for the open spot on the National Team. He’ll be competing for the Men’s Greco 77 kg spot, and if he wins will begin his journey to qualify for the 2024 Olympics in France.
Jon is currently training with Olympic Bronze Medalist Rodney Smith. We’re asking your support yo cover the travel expenses for the event and to help bring in additional training staff and training partners to help Jon get ready.
