On dialysis, need some help..

I have had a hard year and a half. I broke my foot, and needed surgery which put me out of work for a while. Then 5 weeks ago I went into the hospital with pneumonia. A week after being there they told me my kidneys stopped functioning, and said I needed to go on dialysis. This all came as a bit of a shock. Being as my doctor (who is one of the BEST) works in Middlebury, I have to go to Waterbury for treatment until I can get on home dialysis, and even after that I have to go to Yale to have testing and get on the transplant list for a kidney. I cant work and disability is going to take a while. I need some help with gas money to get to and from treatment, and also a few other small bills. If you could help in any way it would be greatly appreciated. If you can't help with money maybe you would be willing to donate a kidney?
