Help On Fire Ministries Secure Building in Yakima

Hi everyone! My name is Shaletta Baldwin and I am a grateful member of On Fire Ministries- the place where I and so many others have come to find, know, and be transformed by the love of Jesus.

Two years ago, at the height of Covid-19, the Lord put it on Nina and John's heart to start a Bible study in their home. During a time of fear and distance due to the pandemic, God gave Nina only one requirement: "NO RESTRICTIONS." This meant that no one was to be turned away and that hands were to be laid on the sick and needy. This will always be the mission and foundation of what soon came to be known as On Fire Ministries.

Fast forward to today, this ministry quickly outgrew John and Nina's living room and multiple rented spaces we have been blessed to share each Wednesday night. There is a dire need in our city for Pastors who stand on God's word, for those who desire to love others back to life, and for people who once walked in darkness themselves to share the light with those still suffering.

John and Nina have humbly moved their family of 5 into a smaller home and continue to run a small business in Yakima, For Heaven's Cake, along with full time ministry.
