One Brief Shining Moment - Hamilton Fringe Festival

We are a collective of actors who are raising production financing for our production of "One Brief Shining Moment." It is not an easy task to remount and reimagine a show and we would love to have some support!

This show is an emotionally powerful and intimate four-person play with an unconventional structure of two timelines within one show.

Writer Dyanna Jacklin is excited to present this beautiful show at the Staircase Theatre. "I always say this play wrote itself. I never intended on writing it and because it happened somewhat on its own, it came from a very honest and vulnerable place,

which is why I think it resonates with people so much."

This deceptively simple piece follows the lives of four people - trying to navigate one very awkward dinner between two couples.

Starring Jim Kelly, Mallary Davenport, Dyanna Jacklin and Tyler Brent this hilarious and emotional roller coaster invites the audience to share in a journey the characters thought was left in the past.

The show opens Thursday July 18th and runs for 7 performances over two weekends.

Throughout the last four years our world has gained a greater appreciation for artists

and their creative endeavours.

The funds raised will go to our production costs of building, costumes, and promoting this incredible piece are honoured to bring to the stage.
