One Dollar Challenge for Second Harvest Food Bank

Want to join us in making a difference? September is Hunger Action Month, and Cans for Kids is raising money to benefit Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina. Cans for Kids has working with Second Harvest Food Bank since Spring 2020 to aid families in need during the COVID-19 pandemic. We host food drives, fundraisers and other volunteer activities in our community to bring aid those in need.

For Second Harvest Food Bank, $1 = 7 lbs of food distributed, which is more than a full day’s meals for one person and can be enough for even two people.

We would like to challenge you with a one-dollar donation to help, as any donation will help make a huge impact.
