One Hundred Smiles For Kalipay

Ahora más que nunca es momento de lanzar un mensaje de esperanza. Sólo con optimismo y mucho amor vamos a salir de esta crisis que nos afecta a todos. Nos hará falta TODA la fuerza, toda la ENERGÍA

Kalipay, que es la fundación filipina donde trabajamos, también está sufriendo la crisis económica generada por el #coronavirus.
Durante los últimos días un 90% de los sponsors, colaboradores y personas que daban dinero se han visto obligadas a dejar de  ayudar debido a la situación extrema que se vive en el pais. La fundación depende esencialmente de las ayudas externas, y la ayuda ha dejado de llegar.

El problema no es la fundación, sino los 100 niños y niñas de entre 3 y 20 años que se quedarán sin comida si la situación no mejora. En los momentos de crisis es cuando la solidaridad es más importante.

Necesitamos vuestra ayuda para continuar con nuestra misión: dar una infancia feliz a los niños más desfavorecidos.

Now more than ever is the moment to spread a word of hope. Only with optimism and love will we get through this crisis that affects us all. It is now that we need to combine all our strength and energy.

Kalipay, the philippine foundation where we work, is also suffering from the economic crisis generated by the corona virus pandemic. During the last couple of days, 90% of our sponsors, collaborators and financial aid have been forced to stop all funding due to the extreme circumstances happening currently around the world.
As a foundation, Kalipay relies fully on the support from our sponsors, and that support has now stopped.

The problem lies not in closing the foundation, but rather in leaving over 100 boys and girls between the ages of 3 and 20 without food or a home if the situation doesn’t improve.
In these moments of crisis is when solidarity is of most importance.
