Rocky needs help with his medical expenses, so he can live!
Rocky, a sweet 2-year-old Cairn Terrier, was found by animal control after being hit by a car. As a result of the trauma, he has severe contusions in his lungs that are compromising his ability to breathe. His right front leg was crushed in the accident as well. The damaged skin in his leg is causing a life threatening infection that requires amputation of the crushed leg as soon as possible. However, anesthesia and surgery with his compromised lungs requires that a chest tube be placed before the doctors can begin saving his life. If the surgery goes well, Rocky could make a full recovery and go on to live a happy life.
