In Memory of Jayanna Powell

Jayanna Powell was a beautiful little girl that was taken from us way too early.  Coming home from school with her brother, on Friday, November 18th, Jayanna was the victim of a hit and run accident at 63rd St and Lansdowne Ave in the Overbrook area of Philadelphia .  I am asking people to please reach into their hearts, to pray for this grieving family, and to reach into their wallets, to help this family in their grieving process. 

I have been blessed to have known this amazing little girl.  She had a way about her that could make you forget all your troubles and woes.  Her smile was contagious and her laughter was heart warming.  Though my loss is great, nothing can compare to the loss her parents and siblings are feeling right now!  Please help this family gain some type closure, by allowing them to properly memoralize Jayanna.  Let this family salvage what they can from this holiday season for Jayanna's siblings, and help the family get the help they need to properly grieve.
