Mental health... is not a destination but a process. It's about how you drive, not where you're going"(Noam Shpancer).

Hello Beautiful Individuals,

This is YOUR Distress Center, opening for YOU!

➡ Over the next few months, we will be accepting donations for our Fundraising Campaign (In Tribute to Hailey Baker).  All the profits collected from the fundraiser will be donated toward the development of your  distress center: (On the Inside) Looking Out - Hailey Baker;s Mission.

We are happy to announce that your Distress Center set to open in Toronto, Fall 2017 will be in memory of the beautiful young lady, Hailey Baker.

Hailey passed away in September 6th 2016, she struggled with a Mental Illness (Borderline Personailty), and like many today could not find the help she needed during her struggle.
We have reached out to her family, and we have received their blessing to open this Distress Center in her memory. The Baker family hopes to raise awareness of the struggles around Mental Health, and the seriousness about finding the  proper treatment for those who need it.

"From the outside looking in, it's hard to understand. From the inside looking out, it's hard to explain" (Unknown).

                          OUR MISSION

Dreams are for real's NEW not-for-profit sector,
(On the Inside) Looking Out - Hailey Baker;s Mission will be a 24-Hour Drop_In Distress Center, available to Individuals in crisis at no cost, across Ontario then, Canada, and eventually International . The center's excepted opening is September 06, 2017 (One year after Hailey's passing).

(On the Inside) Looking Out will offer various Mental Health Solutions/Programs including our 24-Hour Drop-In Center with on-site counselors. The Drop-In Center is available to the Greater Toronto Area and will be 18+. As perviously mentioned, the Center will also have programs available to the rest of Canada, and eventually internationally wide.

We will never turn anyone way, based on Age*, Gender, Race, and/or Culture. We are all Equal!

(On the Inside) Looking Out- Hailey Baker;s Mission is a Place of Serenity and Security.

*Drop In Center is only 18+
Nevertheless, we will have programs available for Youth under the age of 18 . In the event of a serious crisis, and we are contatced by a youth, we will assit in the best way we can, and escort the youth to the nearest, Youth Center or Hostpial (emergency or upon youth's request).

                             WHY 18+ !?

We have 19+ Clubs, 19+ Casinos, nevertheless, we do not have any 19+ Venues, that promote positive change.

Adults over 18, experince the mental health  gaps between youth and adult services; aging out of treatment, leading to a different therapist, different institutions, longer wait times and some times no treatment at all.

If  you have a hard night or, a hard day, come visit Your Drop-In Distress Center to sit down and relax, with a complimentary cup of coffee/tea or cold non alcoholic
beverage.  We will also have onsite counselors, so you can come if you need to talk, we will listen.

Yes, we are incorporating a charity, nonethless,  we dont want to make you feel instutionalize, Your Distress Center visit will feel like home (a safe haven).

We assure you, you will feel safe with us.

The Toronto Area has another Drop-In Center in the Heart of the City called, Stella's Place; nevertheless this drop-in center is directed to assist Youth ONLY.

Youth are our future, nevertheless, how can we teach them to acheive wellness in their Mental Health, if we do not help ourselves overcome the fearness, and stigma around Mental Health!?
