Ooni & Entrepreneurship

Growing up, pizza was always a part of my life. Before going to concerts or hanging out with friends in my teens, we always got a pizza. It is even what was ordered for lunch during my Eagle Scout project. One of my favorite memories is when I was in the army; I came down with an insane fever, and when I got a call from a friend to see if there was anything he could do for me. I told him I could use some pizza. Thirty minutes later, my friend is at my door with a pie. It was one of the happiest days of my life! In the back of my mind, I always thought It would be cool to open a pizza place, but I never thought it would be possible. Two years ago, i began making pizza with a friend once a week while studying, which turned into pizza three times a week. I put my doubt aside a year later and turned it into a business. I began selling pizzas to friends and family, but in the past year, I have encountered different issues with making the pies within a home oven. As cheesy as it sounds, I put all my heart into each pie. The reason behind this fundraiser is due to the fact it will improve the pizza and efficiency; It would truly mean a lot to me to reach this goal, not because I just want to buy an ooni but because it will be another step in my growth in entrepreneurship and passion for pizzas.
