OOTB Gallery Has to Move..
Tax deductible
As of December 1st, Out of the Blue Too Gallery is expected to move on from its Cambridge, MA location. At the current time, we are considering and approaching locations outside the Cambridge area, and some of those locations have taken a great interest in us.
However, we do need funds to make this move, and that requires first month, last month, and deposit. Although we have showcased so many visual artists, actors, poets, musicians, politicians and nationally and locally featured celebrities, we have charged these folks very minimal rates. Moving forward, we wish to maximize financial potential of showcased artists while providing them with another subway and handicapped-accessible venue in the Greater Boston Area.
OOTB Gallery has gained a great deal of publicity over its 25 years of serving Greater Boston Arts, serving an all-inclusive arts space open to politically active folk, visual and musical acts that are up on stage for the first time as well as seasoned professionals. It provides a platform for senior citizens wishing to showcase poetry and storytelling nights. It is a safe have for the LBGT community. It has received publicity on Cambridge television and news, standing as a "gem" of an art area not specializing in overpriced drinks or noisy clubs all day, but a home of Ethiopian hand crafts, nationally renown painters and photographers, and those artists who would not be able to afford the prices of other art venues in Cambridge.
We hope you can support our mission to empower artists through a collective environment, a footing ground for rising artists and musicians, and the continued preservation of Arts in Boston. Please read more about our
