OPEIU Local 39 - TruStage Union Workers United

The employees at TruStage (formerly CUNA Mutual Group) have been working without a contract since March 31, 2022. Employees went out on a 2-week ULP strike in June 2023, and despite this, TruStage continues to violate labor law and workers' rights to avoid its legal obligation to bargain in good faith with its 450 represented employees. Because of this, the employees are anticipating having to go out on an additional prolonged strike.

No employee should fear financial ruin for standing up for themselves and their coworkers in support of fair, equitable compensation and benefits that they deserve. This GoFundMe will provide support directly to bargaining unit members who suffer financial distress from being on strike. Funds donated will go to support union members who require assistance. Funds in excess will be used to cover legal and administrative costs directly related to pursuing a fair contract.
