Blossoming in the Himalayas: opening a Primary School in a remote Nepalese village
This Christmas, make an act of love: give a future to these children!
Pradiya Foundation is a children’s home with the goal of transforming into a green community, becoming the heart of the development of its village, Oda, situated at 2200 m of altitude in the Karnali region, the poorest of Nepal.
The village lacks running water, toilets, and electricity from the grid. Malnutrition, infant mortality, and poor hygiene are widespread. Poverty leads to child labor, early marriage, and school dropouts.
We want to address systemic underdevelopment at its roots, transforming the community by providing a high-quality, avant-garde and holistic education to local children.
Join us in our fundraising campaign! Whether it’s 5$ or 500$, every donation can make a difference in our project. The strength of crowdfunding lies in the power of many contributions coming together.
We require resources to materially build the school, pay fair salaries to our international and local teachers and staff, purchase books, teaching materials, technological devices, and student uniforms, and prepare school meals (a crucial service to encourage families to send their children to school).
