Open Arms for Jessie's Open Heart

Hello, my family and I are fundraising for our sweet sister/foster daughter/friend, Jessica Kukosky, as she undergoes serious, life-saving open heart surgery. On September 7, Doctors at the University of Pennsylvania will perform the 8- hour long Ross procedure, which will begin Jessie's road to recovery.

Trips to Philadelphia are costly, but Jessie's most important concern is for her daughter with special needs. Therefore, your donations will help with travel and medical expenses not covered by insurance and also contribute to Trinity's ABLE account to give Jess peace of mind knowing her daughter's future will have a head start.
