Hello everyone this Go Fund me has been made on behalf of my friend Amarilis & family for their loving sister Mildred A. Dominguez Tavares, she is 50years old and is in need of an open heart surgery. She lives in the Dominican Republic and has been diagnosed with :
-Severe mitral stenosis secondary to inactive rheumatic heart disease
-severe tricuspid regurgitation secondary to inactive rheumatic heart disease
-heart failure functional class nyha11
-Severe PAH without vasoreactivity
-Atrial fibrillation with controlled ventricular response
Unfortunately due to not having the insufficient means to pay for her surgery in the Dr. HOM hospital, Santiago we are requesting if you can find it in your heart to help us raise the remaining $700,000 pesos equivalent to $13,500 dollars because her medical insurance does not cover completely for her upcoming surgery. Hola a todos, este Go Fund me ha sido creado por parte de mi amiga Amarilis y su familia para su amada hermana Mildred A. Dominguez Tavares, ella tiene 50 años y necesita una cirugía urgente a corazón abierto. Ella vive en la República Dominicana y ha sido diagnosticada con:-Estenosis mitral severa secundaria a cardiopatía reumática inactiva-insuficiencia tricuspídea grave secundaria a cardiopatía reumática inactiva-clase funcional de insuficiencia cardiaca nyha11-PAH grave sin vasorreactividad-Fibrilación auricular con respuesta ventricular controlada
Lamentablemente por no contar con los medios suficientes para pagar su cirugía en el hospital Dr. HOM Santiago estamos solicitando si lo encuentras en tu corazón para ayudarnos a recaudar los restantes $700,000 pesos equivalentes a $13,500 dólares ya que su seguro médico no cubre completamente su próxima cirugía.
