Open KPS for Face-to-Face learning

The body of science continues to grow in support of doing what it takes to get kids back in the classroom in person. We are hoping to create a PAC in order to retain a law firm to inspire Kalamazoo Public Schools to change the decision to stay 100% virtual for the rest of the school year shared on Feburary 11. It is imperative we get our kids back in the classroom as soon as possible. Your contribution will help us do this. We are one of three school districts in the state who won't be offering an in-person option (the other two are Lansing and Ann Arbor, and they are facing challenges from concerned parents and community members, too).  Every day matters, so your contribution and it's speed is of the utmost importance to the kids who want to get back to the classroom. We want KPS to offer an option of at least 3 in-person days a week, though for many five is essential. 

If we find out at the February 25th board meeting that they will offer an in person option as stated above we will contribute the funds to an organization that provides support to KPS students (Kalamazoo Communities in Schools and/or Boys and Girls Club of Kalamazoo).
