Almost there! Black Magnolia needs your help.

Two years ago, the world as we knew it completely changed, and that is where our journey began…
We welcomed our daughter Amelia's arrival, and one month later, quarantine began. It was an uncomfortable time. (To say the least…)

In those first scary days of Covid, we turned to the comforting, warm embrace of pillowy cinnamon rolls. As we shared the images of our sweet treats on social media, something began to happen: people demanded their own little piece of comfort.

So, we began to bake, and word began to spread. Suddenly, that dream of owning our little bakery started to look more like a goal and less like a daydream.
Today, we are lucky. Over 3,500 pastries, six kitchens, three apartments, and one national award later, we are mere inches from the finish line.
Or, should we say, the "starting" line? We have found a way to overcome every obstacle we have faced. We are unfortunately facing our biggest hurdle yet, FUNDING.

The final pre-opening expenses are more than we have now, and we are trying to raise this last-minute capital to cover them. Our main issue is that we either buy our oven in the next 150 days or lease it for four years and pay over twice the price (and still not own it). As a bakery, our oven is an essential piece of equipment, and our need to raise this money is vital to our success.

Investing every cent earned back into the business has helped it sustain itself, but we will need this final push to get this dream fully operational within the next three weeks. We are so close and are asking for a little more help from our community to make this bakery dream come true.

The love, support & patience that you have shown Black Magnolia is a blessing, so we will do whatever we can to bring you the most delicious, made from scratch WITH LOVE, fresh baked goods that you crave - 5 days a week.

We are hoping to reach our goal within two weeks so that we may open our doors for our soft opening on July 27th. So please share and donate what you can. We thank you again for everything you have done to get us this far. We cannot wait to show you all that Black Magnolia Southern Patisserie has in store.
