Hello, everyone! I'm Taylor Hauk, owner of Dog-Eared Pages LLC in Greensburg, IN. I am a lifelong Greensburg native and have recently started the process of opening a woman-owned, independent, new book bookstore.

The LLC is filed and the lease is signed. However, this store can't run on hopes and dreams alone so I am asking for the community's help financially. Bills will need paid and furniture and inventory will need bought. My husband and I are investing what we can into this dream but can't do it alone. If you can help, please see the list below on how the donations will be used and what's in it for you!

This independent bookstore will offer several genres of reading, a children's area with books and toys, a seating area for people to gather, read, work, or just visit, and a special section dedicated to my dog, Stella, known as "Stella's Station" where I'll carry a small selection of pet care supplies, treats, and toys. I will feature local authors and hope to work with other local businesses and creators, as well.

My vision for this store is to make it a truly welcoming environment for everyone in the community. I want to get to know more people in the community through this venture. I know I can learn a lot from others and I'm eager to do so. I hope to offer special events like book clubs and art nights that can extend to people outside of the book lover community.
