Help me open my new office space

Open Hands Healing & Bodywork has been around since 2009. I am excited to start a new chapter with it by opening my own office space. The people who bought the old Aliveness Project building are renovating and making sleek offices for professionals and I want in. I need a bit of help to get there. Since it will essentially be new construction I need some things that will outfit the room; paint, furniture, and the like. Reserving the room for my business means putting down the security deposit and first month's rent. I do get benefits for signing the lease soon. Benefits I can pass on to you.

I am asking for a bit of starting capital to make this possible. In return I will make an amazing space to share and have perks for people who are willing to help me get this started.
