Operation Cavell

Welcome to the gofundme for Operation Cavell. Let’s start with our name sake. Edith Cavell was a nurse in WW1 that provided medical aid to both sides of the war. She’s accredited with saving thousands of lives. She helped 200 POW’s escape, and was killed by a German firing squad in Brussels. The night before her execution, she said, "Patriotism is not enough. I must have no hatred or bitterness towards anyone."

What are we, and what are we doing. 23+  Veterans headed to Ukraine to help in any way we can..
