Operation for Daisy May

My name is Daisy May, I was rescued by Guardian Angels Dog Rescue days away from death, I had a litter of puppies who I looked after even though I was so ill, I was taken in by my new mum and dad 18 months ago but I now have cruciate ligament disease and osteoarthritis which I need an operation on one of my legs for and potentially my other leg in the not too distant future, the cost is £5000 per leg, my mum and dad are looking for some help towards the costs as the insurance company are refusing to pay for the operations. Any help would be greatly appreciated as they are trying to juggle their finances to get me fixed.
