As many of you know, what started out as my husband surprising me with a trip to Spain for our 27th anniversary turned into a nightmare and Tracey is currently in a German hospital in the ICU. Although he is feeling a little better, his blood pressure & carbon dioxide levels are not getting better and his kidney function is deteriorating quickly. If we can get him cleared to fly, he can take a commercial flight home with a team that will have the right medicines and machines to care for him if something goes wrong. This team and new tickets will cost approximately $22,000. If we wait and he deteriorates more and can’t go on a commercial flight the cost goes up to about $150,000. He is in critical condition because of these CO2, BP and kidney numbers. This is serious and to be perfectly candid, I want my husband to go home so his kids and grandkids can see him again, instead of possibly bringing him home in a box. No exaggeration. If you feel led and have even a few bucks extra please consider donating. I need to get my husband home and my kids need to see their dad again.
