Dear Marine Family Supporters,
During this Holiday Season, with your help, it is our Marine Corps League-South Coast Detachment’s goal to make the lives of our young Marine families, particularly those E-4’s (Corporals) and below with children & infants, much easier by relieving the financial burdens many endure during the year. It is a sad commentary, given their modest pay, to see how many stand in line to receive donated food each week or use food stamps at the commissary.
As we and our families enjoy this festive season, so should those who have given so much to protect our freedoms. Whether in combat or at home, it is these heroes who are the backbone and comprise a major portion of our United States Marine Corps. They need and deserve our support.
With your generous donations we would buy and give in your stead, to as many of our families as possible, gift cards from the retailers & vendors they most commonly use. They would include: Walmart, Target, Camp Pendleton Commissary, Ralphs, Albertson’s, Chevron, Shell, plus so many more prominent retailers.
As always, 100% of funds received will be donated to this particular cause! The Marine Corps League - South Coast Detachment is a 100% voluntary group who's mission is to help our active duty Marines, their families, and our deserving Veterans. (EIN 33-0450163)
