Operation homecoming. Help a pregnant, diabetic woman

My name is Adam, and I need help. My wife is diabetic, and we recently found out she is pregnant. We're currently in Texas, but due to a variety of issues, we're currently facing homelessness.

If anybody can find it in their heart to help us, we need funding for her blood sugar medication, housing, and our ultimate goal: moving back to her family in Florida before she gives birth.
