OPERATION LEGLESS

Hi, I’m Nick for those who know me personally will know just how I’ve been to hell and back.

For those that don’t, for the last 20+ years I have been in and out of hospital having had 12 operations to put right a horrific football accident.

Initially I snapped my posterior cruciate

ligament. They have over the 12 operations tried everything they can to give me some sort of normality in the leg.

The last two operations were knee replacements, which like all the other ops has not given me the opportunity to lead a normal life.

It now appears I suffer from CRPS, and without a known cure I’m am left with the final option to have the right leg amputated above the knee.

The NHS are not at this stage prepared to fund it so I am having to go private.

this has an initial cost of £28,000 with aftercare and prosthetic leg amassing another £12,000.

My family and I would be extremely grateful for any help towards my huge fundraising mission.
