Operation Stipes Kids

The purpose of this page is to request donations to cover the burial costs of Desiree and Tim Stipes on behalf of their 4 surviving children. 

Desiree and Tim were two people who loved helping everyone out wherever they could, despite their lack of resources. They were doing just that when they passed away while driving a friend from their church to the hospital. Desiree and Tim were parent’s to 4 amazing kids. Those kids and their church family were their whole world.

These 4 kids (11 years old to 17 years old) went from having parents that loved them to now having to scrape up the money to pay for their parents funeral. 

The world of these 4 kid’s came crashing down when they lost both of their parents in a very horrible and tragic accident. 

They no longer have parents to raise them, to watch them graduate, get married, or even have children of their own. 

And these children cannot possibly do this alone.

The funeral cannot go forward until the cost is paid in full. The funeral costs as quoted by the funeral home were just under $13,000. This cost is for the caskets, and burial is for both parents. 

The news Tribune ran an excellent article covering the details of the accident. The funds raised will be spent firstly on the funeral & burial. if donations are raised beyond what is needed then they will go to pay for any outstanding debts and then to the 4 children they left behind. Desiree's sister Dominec Henry who lives in Tacoma, WA is currently acting as guardian to pay for all funeral costs.
