Hello my name is Heather. Opi is my world, my first dog who helped me become the responsible person I am today. He is 8 years old and I had him since he was 8 weeks. Everyone that knows Opi knows he is a spring chicken full of love and life. I bought my home 3 months ago, and a month in tore my acl/meniscus. The morning after my surgery Opi began profusely bleeding from his mouth. They removed a mass and the results just came back as cancer. I maxed out my care credit between my surgery and his. Any help will be greatly appreciated. The plan for any donated funds will go to having further tests with an oncologist to determine just how wide spread and aggressive his cancer is. So we can then determine if it’s best to locally treat or live out the rest of our time together to the fullest with lots of ice cream and cheeseburgers.
