Medical Procedure

Greetings, my name is Donterrious. I have started this fundraiser with hopes of being able to raise funds for an operation that I am looking to have done. Back in March of 2012, I was diagnosed with an oral cancer called ameloblastic carcinoma. That diagnosis was followed by months of extensive chemotherapy, radiation, and numerous surgeries. I was fortunate to come out on top of that battle. However, as a result of the level of radiation that I had to receive for treatment, I was left with lots of damage. I am finally able to move forward with a plan in place, to restore some of the damages. Part of this includes having to receive several dental implants. This is a procedure that is not covered by medical insurance. It is 100% out of pocket. I have been blessed with a means of taking care of a large portion of the costs. However, I am still looking to raise the remaining amount, so that I may move forward with this process. While I am forever grateful to be here today after such an ordeal, being able to have these procedures done, would really mean a lot to me.
