Orange Nebula's Unsettled - fan giveback!

Calling all Orange Nebula fans!
If you’re a member of the Orange Nebula community, or you’ve purchased one of Orange Nebula’ s games (Vindication or Unsettled) you’ve probably gotten a small taste of how amazing their team is. Not only do they create incredible games – but they care about their customers and have created a fantastic community !
One shining example of their generosity and kickassery – during their existing Kickstarter campaign for Unsettled, they realized that due to the COVID-19 pandemic that shipping costs have risen pretty substantially. But instead of charging the backers…. they decided to EAT THE SHIPPING COSTS. WHAT?!
Let me break out the abacus…. 10,000+ backers, the increase in shipping costs at probably at least $10 (honestly, probably a lot more) that’s roughly…. $100,000. Who does that?!
The O-neb team is always thinking of us…. and now it’s our turn to show them how much WE appreciate THEM.

After posted this GoFundMe - Tom at O-neb reached out, and asked me to share the following:
"As usual, we are profoundly touched—but not surprised—by this community’s warmth, positivity, and generosity. We feel humbled and loved this morning. This gesture alone is worth more than any money ever could be. Thank you from the bottoms (and tops, sides, and middle bits) of our hearts.
We do want to emphasize that—while rough—tax changes and shipping increases are part of doing business. It’s not on the community to solve those problems. We can weather them. The last thing we want is for this spontaneous act of generosity from the community to come across as Orange Nebula being dramatic about changes in world commerce. The last year has taken its toll on everyone, many much moreso than us.
It’s important to us that anyone who loves this community not feel obligated to give back in this way. That said, we’re also mindful to humble ourselves and acknowledge that the community is much bigger than our team, and is about something more. If you do feel moved to give in this way, we promise to use the funds only in ways that directly benefit the community in awesome ways.
Keep being the specific kind of wonderful only you can be. We cannot describe how grateful we are to be part of this community with you. Biggest high fives, hugs, weird stares—whatever your style is.

I've decided to keep this fundraiser open until I receive my copy of Unsettled in the mail. I'd love to do an live unboxing video - and have O-neb withdraw the funds on that date! You guys just let me know ;-)
