Hello World,

My name is Heather Stohl and I am dreaming BIG. While navigating the life of solo parenting, one's goals are often set aside for well... everything else. If I've learned anything from my experience as a parent and the hardships of the past few years it's this: We are better together. No matter where you are, or how lonely you become, it is possible to find loved ones who care for you unconditionally. Sometimes that means asking for help (even when it scares the shit out of you). With your help, you will be investing in the health of an entire community. I want to help show people how food can heal. I want to open a juice bar!

Last year, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder called Hashimoto's. Hashimoto's is an illness where the immune system attacks healthy tissue causing the thyroid's hormone-producing cells to die. I found myself suffering from brain fog, joint pain, dry skin, depression, and anxiety... just to name a few. On top of my young son's large amount of allergies, I became desperate to find some way to keep us healthy and sane.

We are fortunate enough to live in a beautiful mountain town with a plethora of delicious organic fruits and veggies from local farms. While educating myself about Hashimoto's and how I can improve my gut health, I started to use that gorgeous produce to make JUICE! Being creative in my kitchen at home is my happy place, and I want to create that place for my community too. Can you help me?

My extensive experience in the hospitality industry stretches almost 25 years and through 4 states. Throughout that time I've learned many valuable lessons about communication, and integrity, and developed an obsession for insanely tasty food.
