Oran's Try a Tri Charity Event

Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of Northern Ireland Chest Heart & Stroke. Every donation will help. It's just over 3 years post- stroke for me and what a journey it's been. I've met some wonderful people on my journey and continue to work with them in my rehabilitation. I've seen the great work that this charity does and want to help them continue their work. I'm undertaking a Try a Tri challenge (15 length pool swim, 6 mile spin on bike, 1.5 mile walk) on Thursday 10th August to raise much needed funds for this charity.
