Orlando Face Mask Strong
Donation protected
We are working together to make protective face masks in Orlando for those on the front lines. This wouldn't be possible without the generosity from our community. We have so many willing to donate their time, now we need a bit of help to make sure we have enough materials to continue to produce these masks that will help those in need.
We currently have over 1,000 volunteers working together on these efforts.
We believe that these masks made from non-woven polypropylene (similar to that used in n95 or surgical masks) will be far more effective than one made from regular fabric. We've been using reusable shopping bags (like a Publix bag) to construct these masks. We've sourced raw material from a vendor that will allow us to multiply our efforts.
