Ormond Beach 9U All-Star Baseball Team

The Ormond Beach Recreation 9U All-Star team, just punched their ticket to the Cal Ripken 9 Year Old World Series in Jensen Beach, Florida (August 3-August 10). The Ormond Beach team is comprised of 13 players, from the Ormond Beach area whose hard work and determination led them to this opportunity. This group of players is the first recreational team of players from Ormond Beach to compete at this level in recent history.

This team has earned the distinction of being District Champions as well as finishing Runner-Up in the recent State Tournament.  This team is now preparing to compete in the Regional Tournament in Fredericksburg, Virginia (July 16-July 21) before turning their bats to the World Series.

We are now asking for your help and support to fund this opportunity and exciting journey for these young local athletes.
