Orosi High School Alabama Nationals

The Orosi High School Speech and Debate Team has qualified three students to attend the National Finals this year in Birmingham, Alabama!  The trip will be a week long, from June 17th to June 24th.  This is our second year as a team, which makes this even more impressive and exciting.  Our school district (Cutler-Orosi Joint Unified) has done a great job supporting us this year, and thanks to their support we have been able to travel our young and small team to competitions such as the University of Pacific Invitational, the James Logan Invitational, and the University of California, Berkeley Invitational.  However, the expenses to attend Nationals for a week out of state need to be fundraised.  Our small community (6,000 people) is doing their best, but we need your help.  We estimate that the air fare, hotel rooms, and entry fees will cost $4,000, and we ask you to please donate what you can spare to send our team on this trip. Espy Patino (senior) and Deana Perez (junior) will be performing their Duo Interpretation at Nationals after winning our Sierra-NFL District Qualifier, and FRESHMEN Fabian Lopez will be performing his Dramatic Interpretation after finishing second at the qualifier.  Our students had to place in the top two amongst all the best students from the entire central valley of California to make Nationals, so we are all vey proud.
Money raised will go towards plane tickets to Birmingham, registration for the competiton, and hotel rooms.  If we exceed our goal, extra funds will fo towards a rental car and food expenses.  Time is of the essence, as we need to book hotel/car/flight soon (before they fill up or sell out and so we can get the best prices possible), so please dontate what you can as soon as you can, and know that any amount will be greatly appreciated.  
These students are some of the most dedicated I have had the pleasure to coach in my almost 16 seasons, and I assure you they are worthy of assistance.
Please help send our students to the National Finals in Alabama......you can only imagine how thankful myself, Espy, Deana, Fabian, their families, Orosi High School, and Cutler-Orosi Joint Unified will be for your time and effort.  We thank you for your time.
