Orphanage and school in Kenya need help!

Hello. I am with a church in Minnesota, and my wife and I just hosted three pastors from Kenya this week. Several years ago, Pastor Peter Nyongesa in Bungoma, Kenya, took in a few children their parents abandoned at his church's doorstep. Soon many children were dropped off there, and his burden has grown to 330 children, and it continues to grow.
Peter and his wife, Clare, also desire to teach the children in their community and those entrusted to them. They have a school with 450 children in attendance. Recently 11 students passed the examinations with such high marks that they were granted scholarships for University. Peter and Clare hope to expand with trade schools for the children who cannot attend the University.
His tiny plot of land now needs expansion to meet the needs of the children. He provides schooling, trade training, housing and food. There is often not enough food for the children, and they may go without food for days on end. Pastor Peter then goes through his community, asking the village to help feed the children.
A 10-acre plot of land has come available in his village of Bungoma. It has rich soil, is suitable for adding a dormitory and school, and still has available land for farming. The property would allow the orphanage to become self-reliant with food and provide the children the opportunity to learn farming skills. This plot is available, but they need $128,500 (converted from Kenyan Shillings) to buy this property. It must be funded by January 2024, or the property will go onto the open market for sale. The extra money I am requesting is to help clear the land and construction of buildings.
Any help with this incredible vision and the future of the great country of Kenya is appreciated.
