Orphanage Shelter Home for Children in Pakistan

I am a successful, professional male US citizen who is an immigrant and originally born in Pakistan. I have been blessed with everything one can ask for and continued success in my career, with lovely family members and loyal friends. I have also been fortunate enough to travel half the world and continue to do so. I have been thinking about doing something for children in need for years, particularly in parts of the world where children are not given the opportunity to even have a shot at survival/success. Just like most of you, I continue to live my life , spend money on my needs, travels etc. Every so often I think about the kids in different parts of the world whose basic needs are hardly if ever met. I had not taken any action yet, and just thought and thought about it, like most of us do when we hear about difficult circumstances around the world. I have decided to finally try and put those thoughts into action. I would like to receive help with donations and open an orphanage house in Pakistan for kids. The first priority would be fulfilling basic needs such as shelter, food, and eventually strive towards education for both young  boys and girls in Pakistan. If we together can provide shelter to even a handful of kids and provide for their education, imagine how drastically that would change the lives of those children. Those children would potentially be able to attend high school or college and work towards a completely new life, full of the many successes that many of us take for granted. We have the power to make a change and completely flip a child's life around, so why should we not take advantage of that and use our success to help someone work towards a successful life of their own? It would be the best day of my life-and I hope yours as well- if I discovered that my donations (whether it be $10 or $100) had given a child the opportunity to gain an education.  I am in the real estate business (affordable housing) and work for a very large and reputable organization. I have held senior level executive positions throughout half my career and know how to run businesses and large organizations. What I don't know I will learn, and that is why I am starting this go fund me page, to take on the challenge with hopes of truly changing the lives of countless children who have spent their entire lives dreaming of an opportunity for them to prove their worth. I pledge to keep everything transparent and honest.  The first few steps are listed below . Please know I will be donating money myself each step of the way but just can not afford to do the whole project on my own.

1) Secure an attorney and how to structure legally.
2) Hire an  accountant who's primary goal would be to  keep records updated here so everyone is updated on all transactions and financial reports are shared here . 
3) Look for land or suitable building for orphanage house.

The next steps will come as I plan this out and have a lot of friends and family who can help.
