Ortuno Family

In the Summer of 2017, the Ortuno Family was blessed with a sweet baby named Angel. Angel was born July of 2017 in an abandoned warehouse to drug addict parents. He was born with health issue and is also autistic. Unfortunately, he does not qualify for medical insurance because his birth parents did not properly register him at the time of his birth. The Ortuno Family has cared for Angel from the month he was born and are on the path to adoption. The family fell in love with him instantly and want to do everything possible to give him a healthy and good life. The family has health issue also. His soon-to-be mom Flor is diabetic and needs a kidney transplant and his soon-to-be Dad Julian is working at a low paying job because the pandemic closed the job he was at before. We are asking for your help to pay for the lawyer in order to continue with the adoption process.
