Oso’s intestine surgery

Hello, my name is Felix, my Golden Retriever Oso had to be taken to the emergency room due to him being lethargic unable to stand, eat or drink anything. They took some X-rays and did some labs and turned out that he had an obstruction and required emergency surgery in order to remove the obstruction from his intestines. Unfortunately by the time this happened part of his intestine had become necrotic (death tissue) and the surgery ended being more delicate and costly than what originally thought. Oso is now slowly recovering from his surgery but still remains at high risk of sepsis and intestinal perforation.
