Hi, meet Alexis Craig, 24 from Fruit Hurst, AL. Throughout Lexi’s life she has had many health issues that all stem from a traumatic accident that happened when she was 6 years old.

She was a young girl who experienced 40 % of her upper body being burned, which led the doctors to use skin from the lower part of her body, including her thighs and legs. When she had the skin grafts done being that her body was burned to the third degree, she had no fatty tissue left on her arms whatsoever. She cannot stretch out her fingers all the way, and she uses her elbows a lot to bear down on things, or simply turn herself over in her bed.

Lexi needs half of her surgeons fee paid, before she can schedule to have the procedure listed in the title above done. This procedure will remove the fever infected soar places off of her elbow, and they will also place padding on the bottom of the bone, which will help with the quality of her life, and ease the pain she has to deal with simply to turn over in bed.
