Medical support for Oswaldo Gutierrez

Hi, My name is Miguel Pelayo, and I am starting this fundraiser for my father-in-law Oswaldo Gutierrez. Someone who means so much to me and a person I look up to in life. Oswaldo always helps others no matter how busy he is and is willing to lend a hand, and he brings joy to the room every time he walks in.

We learned he needs surgery to remove hernias from his spine a few weeks ago. This operation has a 50 % chance of success and a 50% chance he will no longer be able to walk. While the surgery is needed, no matter the outcome, we will continue moving forward with the support of our family and friends. While he does a lot of physical labor, this has not stopped him from enjoying his time with his four grandchildren.
