Otaku Nation - Anime & Games Center

Tucson is not without its outlets for our many resident cultures. However, with crowds numbering over 2000 at our local anime convention, ConNichiwa, and our local anime screening society of hundreds of members, and dozens of anime and manga clubs besides, where can Tucsonans go to share and enjoy their hobby during the rest of the year?

It is with that thought in mind that we have created Otaku Nation. The goal of this company is two-fold. First, we seek to provide a gathering place for hobbyists and enthusiasts for all of the following and more:

1) Anime screening
2) Manga reading
3) Japanese card games
4) Figure collection
5) Video game tournaments
6)Model building
7) Cosplay meetups
8) Cafés and other gatherings
... and more!

Secondly, we hope to be your go-to place for your Japanese pop-culture shopping! If there's something we don't carry, we'll find a way to support your interests anyway, and get it in stock! We will be THE destination for the J-media you are passionate about!

And if we can get the funding we need, we can offer more than that:

1) A digital screening area
2) Exclusive prints of custom-art shirts, greeting cards, bags and other gifts
3) An ever-evolving manga cafe-style corner
4) A slick online store for customers outside of Tucson
