Laurie Barill Our Beautiful Matriach

Hi my name is Jennifer, I am fundraising on behalf of our Matriarch Laurie Barill-Lester. On December 3rd she was rushed in an ambulance. On arrival the doctors and nurses did an amazing job finding out quickly what was wrong with mom. She was so very sick they said and barely hanging on. They rushed her to ICU and intubated her and did a CT scan and found an infection caused by the flesh eating disease from her leg all the way into her chest and it destroyed her kidneys. It was internal and they said it was a complication of diabetes. It came on quickly and viciously. We did two surgerys and by her second surgery she did not make it she passed away.

She was the most beautiful human being ever alive. She loved her children and grandchildren with her whole heart.

Being so near to Christmas we know this is a tough time for donations we understand that. We just are hoping friends and families who can share or help just a bit to help lay our Mother to rest. She has a small pension and they only cover a small amount. It is important we give her the love and send off she would have gave us.

We are forever her babies and forever she will be our mama. We love you mom.
